The On-Stage Interview is a cross between “Larry King” and “Meet the Press,” with a facilitated question and answer format for audience participation. The group will witness a lively exchange between two MVN partners or other industry leaders, one acting as the “interviewer” and the other as the “guest.” (More about the On-Stage Interview)
The Information Exchange format is a casual yet structured encounter between an MVN partner and a credit union’s leadership team. This contact is designed to allow “up and coming” credit union leaders the chance to benefit from the experiences MVN partners have encountered throughout their collective careers. More than a consulting contact, this encounter is designed as an interactive exchange of ideas, principles and insight that will help professionals at any point in their careers. CEO Mentoring is an ongoing personal coaching interaction between a credit union CEO and one of the MVN partners. It’s not about buying the answers; it is about working with someone who has faced similar questions in leading an organization or credit union.
