  Bio:    Mark Elliott has 25 years of experience in management consulting domestically and internationally. He has consulted with hundreds of companies in a broad range of industries on issues involving leadership assessment and development, executive recruitment and assimilation, and organization development. His recent experience includes 12 years of consulting with credit union boards on CEO recruitment and succession. Mark has conducted executive searches for dozens of the largest credit unions, recruiting some of the industry's most respected and accomplished CEOs. Mark has written articles for credit union publications and has spoken on leadership issues at numerous national credit union conferences.

Most recently, Mark held a senior executive position with TMP Worldwide Executive Search. Previously he was a partner with the executive search firms, LAI Worldwide and Heidrick & Struggles. And earlier, he was president of an organization-development consulting subsidiary of DDI. Mark began his career with General Electric holding Human Resources positions in its Aerospace & Defense, Appliances, and Lighting businesses, culminating as Manager of Professional Staffing for GE Lighting.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and pursued graduate studies in Organizational Development at the University of Massachusetts.
